This is a bespoke pilates program in a small and supportive group of up to 4 people with expert guidance, care and tuition

You come to one session a week at the studio and you get videos to do at home between sessions to guarantee your success

Pain management, coping strategies and lifestyle enhancement advice are included

Treat this as your physiotherapy, osteopathy or chiropractic appointment and heal your pain and injuries with a system that is proven to work

You will feel better, stronger, fit and healthy and have less pain by the end of the program


I began training to be a teacher in 2001and over the years have completed countless pilates courses with different training providers and styles

In 2023 I graduated with a Diploma in Clinical Pilates, a 1 year long, 15 hours a week highly specialised, in-depth and post graduate level course

This arms me with the skills to rehabilitate and help any injury or condition and help you manage and reduce your pain with the latest evidence based exercise science and pain science with a program that is proven to be highly effective

I suffered from a severe disc injury in 2021 that left me in crippling pain, with sciatica and nerve damage, I was unable to put on my pants and socks and live my life for months on end so I can fully empathise with how an injury and pain can affect every aspect of your life

I am now back to health and can’t wait to help you along that same path to a pain free and happy life, you are in safe hands with the most highly qualified and experienced teacher in the city
