Pilates Mat - Mixed Level classes open to everyone

Strong Reformer - This reformer class is an awesome pilates workout with added weights. We'll be using a variety of different weights to get you progressively stronger and working on your muscle and bone strength. Get Pilates Strong!

Soft Reformer - This reformer class is a little softer and slower for people that want a gentle yet effective class and a slightly easier pilates experience. It's perfect if you're new to pilates, a little unfit or worried about joining a regular class

Original Jo Pilates Mat - This class is just like Joseph Pilates taught his class back in the day, there are 37 exercises in a specific order. It's awesome. It's hard, fast and sweaty and there's no resting or easy options. It's for fit and healthy people who want to push themselves to do advanced work including inversions

Rave Reformer - This is a reformer class with a soundtrack and disco lighting…It’s like a healthy and fun night out!
